So I recently watched a movie, and it was good. It was a musical. But I’ve got a few things to say about it. Love movies, love music and singing. But I find it so hard to enjoy both at the same time. When I’m watching a movie, something just seems so weird and unsettling when they just out of nowhere break into song. It’s almost an annoyance. Like I love the music, love the movie, but I just don’t understand them together. I once tried to watch Dream Girls… I think I made it about 20 mins in. And that was brutal! But there are many things wrong with that movie, not just the weird moments where one feels the need to break into song.
It just just me? This movie I just watched, the story was great. I really loved it. But every 5 mins someone starts singing, and I have this feeling, where I’m just thinking, be over, be over, get on with the movie already! Why can’t you just tell me what your thinking instead of dragging it on like this! Maybe I should just read the book. I’m sure there is one. Anyways, I just had to get that out. Because I almost didn’t finish that movie, I was getting so anxious and annoyed. And it wasn’t that the singing was bad, cause it was great, but it’s just not natural! Nobody does this! Why are they breaking into a duet?! Why are you singing alone in your room? On the streets? Nobody does this! It’s weird! Why!? Why do this!?

The new album from The Raconteurs. I was a huge fan of Broken Boy Soldiers. Consolers of the Lonely is fabulous. I have not listened to it enough to say whether it’s better then Broken Boy Soldiers, but this whole album is just so awesome. It’s one of those albums, that you listen the whole way through, and the whole time you are in awe. You can’t believe that an entire album can be this amazing. Here is their first music video. This song is pretty dynamite. And Jacks hair, LOVE IT!
So yea, pretty much obsessed right now. Brendan Benson and Jack White mesh so well together. This a show I will have to see. They have me a very happy person. It’s awesome! Awesome! You gotta listen to it! Now!

So awhile back I bought myself a Wacom Tablet. And it’s pretty much pure awesome. I’m having so much fun just fooling around with it and seeing what I can do. So here’s something I thought I would show you all, just a little doodle I did. Can you guess who it is?? I learned a lot drawing this, so now I can’t wait to try out something else. Now a lot of you may be shocked that I am doing a post on players in the NBA, but heres how it goes. I started to watch some basketball with Vincent to be nice. And at first I was just there, playing my DS, not really paying attention. But once I started to watch, I realized that it wasn’t all bad. So many, and I mean, so many! gorgeous guys! So it started out as just a chance to see some yummy men. But you actually get into it once you start to know the players, and start to root for a team. I gotta say, I may have been wrong about basketball. It’s not all bad. The last few mins of a game can be pretty intense. And I really enjoy a nice intense game. But I gotta say, I honestly probably only watch it for #1 (Photo below). 
So anyways, me and Josh were discussing that I should come up with a top 10 hottest players in the NBA. And I thought that was a great idea! (I know your excited about this list Joshua!) I had to do a little research (which I didn’t mind doing!) but I finally came up with a great list. Most of you probably won’t know who half of these people are, but that’s cool, cause I know… and trust me… their yummy… Oh, and I just want to say that personalities played a big part here, so if your surprised someone isn’t on the list, it’s probably because he’s cocky, arrogant, or just a pig.

Hey, so I can’t sleep, yet again… So I thought I would talk to myself for a bit… Make a little post seeing as I haven’t done so in quite some time. I’ve been thinking about shuttin’ her down. Well not quite shuttin’ her down, because apparently once you start one of these things, you can never cancel it… it just sits here forever… Or maybe I’m thinking of something else… humm… Yup, think that’s something else. Anyways, I suppose I’ll keep her going. Just in case I get a night like this and I just want something to do. And if your asking “her? the site’s a she??” You would be correct. It’s a she… her name is mandy. Say hello mandy!
So by this time, I’m sitting at a crappy little desk, with a crazy tiny chair, and so there really is no place for my wrist… You know, the corner of the desk is kinda digging into my wrist… Totally not ergonomic… Pretty painfully actually. And this is why I am anti-desktop. There is no need for a big honkin’ thing when you can have something small and discreet on your lap. I mean really folks, save space, carry it with you anywhere, why on earth would I want a desktop!?!
So does anyone look at the site worth1000.com? It’s a site with photoshop contests. I’m addicted, I check it all the time. Sometimes they have some pretty cute stuff, like a little awhile ago they had one titled, ‘Pirate Critters’ so you can imagine the cuteness going on there. Little squirrel with a sword and little pirate hat… CUTE! And then they had one that ended just a little while ago, ‘Bald Celebrities’. Pretty funny. Sometimes it looks so real it’s scary! But sometimes, actually many times you get people that are so terrible… Like real bad. But I mean, power to yea for trying! And having the courage to put that crap up there to be judged… I’m thinking about entering someday… Maybe… If I do, I’ll let yea know. Did I ever show you guys a picture I did? I forged me and Owen Wilson together… Vincent promised me never to show him stuff like that again… Yea… It was pretty freaky. It was like “Oh hey! There’s Owen Wils… wait.. that’s… oh gosh… my eyes… MY EYES!!… please stop this!! Take it away!!!” Yea… I won’t show you…
Anyways, I really should try and sleep… Gotta get up real early. Mondays are big days. Usually people think Mondays are the worst. But I gotta say. I think it’s my fave… Get up early, go to ptbo, do service with Shansie, go to her bookstudy, lunch at the Millbrook diner, watching the office, go to work, have dinner with the guys, sometimes TNB meetings, and then Heroes to end the night off perfectly. Dead tired by the end of it, because usually I haven’t slept the night before, but good day.
Gotta say, starting to loose feeling in my wrists… damn you desktops! you have no reason (I was trying to think of another word other then ‘reason’ cause that’s not really working, brains not working right… as you probably are thinking reading my post here… but anyways, think I’ll continue my sentence now…) being here! Anyways, really going to bed now.
